Show Slella Underwood Visitors here On Memorial Day Those from out of town who came here for Memorial Day were: Mr. and Mrs. Josh Mitchell Mitch-ell and family, Mrs. Ruth Her-rin Her-rin and son, James, and daughters, daugh-ters, Barbara and Mary, of Salt Lake City; and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Ferguson and son, of Heber; Mr. and Mrs. Keith Clark and daughters, and Mrs: Naoma Jacobs and daughter, Shirley Kay, of Woodie Creek, Colorado. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Giggey took a load of furniture to Provo for Leland Wright. He returned with a load of furniture furni-ture for Mrs. Giggey's sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Arvin Nelson, who are moving back to Roosevelt after spending spend-ing the past few years in Provo. A farewell party was given at the LDS Chapel Thursday night honoring the Leland Wrights, who are moving to Provo to make , their home. N Mrs. Gladys Nebeker has returned re-turned to her home in Provo after af-ter having spent the past two weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs; Albert Semken. Little Stephanie Ste-phanie Roberts returned with her grandmother to her home in Provo. Mrs. Albert Semken received word during the week that her granddaughter, Mrs. .A. C. Tal-boe, Tal-boe, of Myton, was seriously ill and was taken to the Roosevelt Hospital. Her illness proved to be a severe case of measles. She is now improved and has returned home. F. O. Lundberg, of Tooeie, called on friends in Gusher last week. Mrs. Ruth Herren and daughters, daugh-ters, Barbara and Mary, of Salt Lake City, were . Saturday dinner din-ner guests at the Guy Underwood Under-wood home., t '' Mrs. Evelyn Covington and daughters,' Carolyn and Shirley, of Powell, Wyoming,' who have spent the past ten days visiting Mrs. Covington's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Domgaard, returned re-turned home Tuesday. Fredie Roberts, of Provo, is visiting bis grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Semkens. He will spend the summer months here. |
