Show Stella Underwood CONVALESCING AT DAUGHTER'S HOME Dewey Grove is convalescing at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Bettie Giggey, after having hav-ing spent the past three weeks in the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake. He was injured recently re-cently while logging in the mountains. Mrs. Eva Rushton announces the arrival of a new granri child, a son born November 3 to her daughter and son-in-law. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Philips, of Sandy. Formerly of Gusher. Mrs. Phillips will be remembered remem-bered as Inez Rushton. This is their first child. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Cammeron. of Salt Lake, were weekend visitors vis-itors at the Hyrum Domgaard home while here to' enjoy the pheasant hunt. Mr. Cammeron and Mr. Domgaard are cousins. Little Kathie Ross, daughter of Mr. and Mrs Carl Ross, was quite sick Saturday and Sunday. Mrs. Helen Mcfarland, of Roosevelt, was a weekend visitor vis-itor at the Guy Underwood home. Mr. and Mrs. Harvev Neilson from Riverside, California, and hsr daughter, Vaudis. from Salt Lake City, are here visiting relatives rel-atives and friends. George Arnold, who is work-, work-, ing in the mountains, was home several days last week. ' Mrs. Hyrum Domgaard attended at-tended Parents Day at Union High School last Wednesday. She was the only parent in attendance at-tendance from Gusher. Harold Mclntyre came from Ogden Friday evening to get his wife and children, who had been visiting at the Wong C. Wing home. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Dean, from Salt Lake, came in to spend the weekend with his mother, Mrs. Ellen Dean, and to enjoy the pheasant hunt. |
