Show Notice To Water Users The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appro-priate water in Duchesne County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, and all locations being from USB&M, unless otherwise designated: To change: a-2674 Earl Gingell, Myton, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion of 6 sec.-ft. of water, wat-er, as evidenced by Application No. 12223. The water was to have been diverted from Lee-tham Lee-tham Canyon Stream at a point S. 31 deg. 10 min. W. 2260 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 1, T4S, R2W and used as a supplemental supply sup-ply from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 400 acres of land embraced em-braced in EVfeNEVi Sec. 1, T4S, R2W; Ni2 NWV4; SWA NWy4; NWW NE4; WA NWA; SW'4 NWV4, Sec. 6; NWV4NWV4 Sec. 5, T4S, R1W, and for incidental domestic and stock water purposes. pur-poses. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 6 sec.-ft. of water at points and in amounts as follows: (1) S. 23 deg. 47 min. W 2883 ft. 3 sec.-ft.; (2) S. 38 deg. 21 min. W 2830 ft., 3 sec.-ft., both from NE Cor. Sec. 1, T4S, R2W. The water will be diverted by v two small earthen dams and used during the same period on the same lands for the same purposes purpos-es as heretofore. To Appropriate: 24392 Tom Robbins, Myton. Ut.; 1 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from an Unnamed Stream, trib. to Duchesne River at a point N. 20 ft. and E. 60 ft. from SE Cor. of SWV&NWV4 Sec. 34, T3S, R2W. From point of diversion diver-sion the water will be conveyed through 100 ft. of ditch and used as a supplemental supply from May 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate-60 irrigate-60 acres of land embraced in SWA NWVi, Wz SWV4 NWW said Sec. 34. 24406 Darwood Campbell, Roosevelt, Ut.; .03 sec.-ft. for domestic use from an 8-in. well bet. 150 and 550 ft. deep at a point S. 140 ft. and E. 634 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 21, T2S, R1W. The water will be used for the domestic requirements of two families and for incidental stock watering and irrigation of lawn, trees, shrubs and small garden. 24670 Wm. J. The water will be used for general uses in a packing plant, for domestic, stock-watering, irrigation, sanitation san-itation and washing purposes, which uses will consume all of the water. 24682 George O. The water will be used for creamery, cooling, domestic and irrigation purposes, wh'ch i uses will consume all of the water 24765 Merrell Lisonbee, Myton, Ut.; 1 sec.-ft. for irrigation irriga-tion use from an Unnamed Gulch, trib. to Duchesne River. The water will be diverted and stored on the same channel by constructing two earth dams to a height of 7 ft. at the following follow-ing points: Dam No. 1 S. 82 deg. 30 min. W. 1273 ft from NE Cor. Sec. 18, T4S, R1W; Dam No. 2 S. 82 deg. 30 min. W. 1845 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 18, T4S. R1W. The reservoir created by Dam No. 1 will have a capacity of 5 ac.-ft. and will inundate 3.7 acres of land embraced em-braced in NWV4NEV4 Sec. 18, SWV4 SEVi Sec. 7, T4S, R1W. The reservoir created by Dam No. 2 will have a capacity of 7 ac.-ft. and will innundate 4.7 acres of land embraced in NWVi , NEVi Sec. 18, SVfASWA Sec. 7, T4S, R1W. The water will be stored from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 and released and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 50 acres of land embraced in NV NE1, SWV4NEU Sec. 18, T4S, R1W, and for year-round incidental inci-dental stock-watering purposes Protests resisting1 the granting of any of the foregoing applications, appli-cations, with reasons therefor, must be in addidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Capi-tol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before September 12, 1953.
