Show Facts Are Given Concerning County Bonding A Duchesne County ordinance ordin-ance .dated April 7, 1953, further fur-ther authorizes the county to issue 160, 1,000 bonds, with interest in-terest at 2 5-8 per centum per annum, payable semi-annually on the 1st day of May and November, No-vember, each year, commencing Nov. 1, 1953. Sale of bonds were to Bos-worth. Bos-worth. Sullivan & C.n nf Tten'- ver. Funds received from sale of ' these bonds are to be applied ' solely to defray the costs of erecting and furnishing a county coun-ty courthouse. Thirteen of the $1,000 bonds mature annually from 1954 through 1961. From 1962 and through the final maturity date of 1965, 14 of the $1,000 bonds mature. |
