Show r.iyton City Hews Section New Arrival Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Lamb received re-ceived word that Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lamb are proud to announce an-nounce they have a baby boy, born July 8, in Chicago. Pvt. and Mrs. Wcndall Workman Work-man and family of Clearfield, have been visiting Mrs. Workman's Work-man's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Robinson. Mrs. Robinson took them home Friday. Sgt. and Mrs. LeRoy Nielson went to Salt Lake City Monday to visit LeRoy's mother, and other relatives. They have been visiting Mr. and Mrs. Loyal Perry for five days. LeRoy has been in Guam. 4-H Club The Stitch and Chatter club met Thursday, July 26, at the home of Coleen Curtis. Business was taken care of and the rest of the time was spent in sewing. Refreshments Re-freshments were served by the hostess. Mr. and Mrs. Browning Bay-miller, Bay-miller, of Pheonix, Arizona, and Mrs. Wm. R. Whitting of Wall-burg, Wall-burg, were visiting Mr. and Mrs. Syerl Dennis Saturday. Mrs. Baymiller is a sister of Mrs. Dennis and Mrs. Whitting is the mother of Mrs. Dennis. Mrs. Clyde Bingham left for Monterey, California, Thursday to visit with her husband who is stationed at Fort Ord, California. Mrs. Emma Birch of Duchesne was visiting her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Talboe Saturday. Mrs. Emma Tanner came home Wednesday from Poca-tello. Poca-tello. Her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Taylor brought her to Salt Lake City Mrs. Tanner stayed in Salt Lake City for the 24th of July and visited her son, Albert Tanner and wife. Mr. and Mrs. Felix Quantana visited Mrs. Ray Artego last week at Cedarview. Mr. and Mrs. James McKay of Dove Creek, Colorado, came Friday to visit Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Talboe. Rudy Krissman of Helper, has taken over the George Funk Service Station and they will live in the Funk home. John H. Blaine, Jr., went to Salt Lake City Sunday to attend the work shop classes at the University of Utah. J. R. Bywater came home from Salt Lake City Sunday. Salt Lake City Sunday. Miss Mona Frandsen of Roosevelt Roos-evelt visited over the weekend with hex parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Frandsen. Mrs. Orson Ungritch came home Sunday with her baby girl from Roosevelt. Sally Anna Jensen of Salt Lake City came Sunday to visit her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Cooper. Miss Doris Merkley of Jensen came Monday to visit with her aunt, Mrs. Laurence Merkley. Kathleen Merkley accompanied her cousin Doris home. Kathleen has been visiting relatives in Vernal. Don Feltz and Fritz Schlenitz made a business trip to Salt Lake City Tuesday. Mrs. William Robinson and baby of Salt Lake City accompanied accom-panied Mrs. Homer Robinson home Friday for a visit. Miss Ivie Johnson of Ogdcn was a guest of her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Nebeker Sunday evening.
