Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that Moon Lake Water Users Association Asso-ciation has filed with the State Engineer requests for extensions of time from August 4, 1947 to August 4, 1952, in which to make and submit Proofs of Appropriation Appropria-tion of water under Applications Nos. 8298, 8299, 8300 and 8315, for the appropriation of 400, 250, 500 and 200 ac. ft. of water respectively, from the Left Hand Fork of Yellowstone Creek in Duchesne County to be used for the irrigation of 6,680 acres of land described under each application. ap-plication. It is represented that $1850, $4200, $10,100 and $4200, respectively, respec-tively, have been expended on construction of works and it is estimated that an additional expenditure ex-penditure of $6000 under Application Ap-plication No. 8299 and $5000 under Application No. 8315 will be required to complete the works and apply the water to beneficial use, under all of the above applications. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said requests, with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit affi-davit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before October Octo-ber 4, 1947. A hearing on these requests for extensions of time will be held before the State Engineer at 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, at the hour of 2 p. m. October 8, 1947.
