Show Notice To Water Users The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Uintah County,. State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless un-less otherwise designated, all locations lo-cations being from USB&M: 18636 Loren R. McKee and Clyde E. Merkley, Tridell, Ut.; 03. sec. ft. for domestic use from Ebeneezer Spring, tributary to Big Joe Spring Gulch at a point N. 821 ft. and E. 890 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 34, TIN, R1E. The diverting and carrying works will consist of a concrete headbox and 4000 ft. of IVi-in. pipe. 18679 Ronald Horrocks, La-point, La-point, Ut.; .015 sec, ft. for domestic do-mestic use from a 5-in. well bet. 255 and 400 ft. deep at a point S. 81 ft. and E. 960 ft. from NW Cor. of SEV4SWV4, Sec. 19, T1S R2E. 18703 H. The water will be conveyed by ditch a distance dis-tance of 275 ft. where it will be commingled with water from Montez Creek Reservoir, which point is located S. 125 ft. and I E. 43 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec 31, T1S, R1E. The water will then be conveyed by ditch a distance dis-tance of 4250 ft. where it will be used from Mar. 1 to Nov 30 to irrigate 100 acres of land cm-braced cm-braced in Sec. 31, T1S, R1E, and Sec. 6, T2S, R1E. 18905 John H. Haslem, Star Route, Roosevelt, Ut; 3 sec. ft. for irrigation use from Montez Mon-tez Creek, tributary to Dry Gulch Creek to Uintah River at a point N. 98 -ft. and E. 145 ft. from SW Cor. of SEV4SW4 Sec. 31, T1S, R1E. The water will be diverted by means of a hcadgate and conveyed by ditch a distance dis-tance of 2640 ft. where it will be used from Mar. 1 to Nov. 30 to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced em-braced in Sec. 6, T2S, R1E. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, applica-tions, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before October 18, 1947.
