Show National News Summary Burial Flags The Veterans Administration has plistnbuted about 200,000 American flags for funeral purr poses to the next-of-kin qf deceased de-ceased war veterans, servicemen and ex-service men. The. agency has been providing the burial flags which cost about $4.90 each, to next-of-kin without charge since 1943, After the funeral, each flag becomes the property of the relatives to whom it was presented.
