Show TRIDELL (j. McConk:;:00i The wedding dance Friday evening at the Ward Chapel for Mr. and Mrs. Duane Caldwell was well attended. The couple re ceived many beautiful and useful use-ful gifts. The bride will be remembered re-membered as June Ross. 1 Mrs. Edith Goodrich returned to her home in Provo after visiting visit-ing with her sister, Mrs. Forrest Goodrich. D U P meeting was held at the home of Pearl Wooley. The lesson "The Mormans in California", Cali-fornia", was given by Esther Merkley. The program consisted of a duet by, Veda McKee and Mignon Moosman; sketch', "Life of Thomas Kane", by. Rosalee Cook; duet by, Francis . Bartlett and Esther Merkley. A delicious luncheon was served. Members from here visiting the Temple with the Alterra Seminary . graduates were, Lor-rene Lor-rene Moosman, Joylecn Curtis, Betty Christensen, Eula and Barney Bar-ney Sessions, and Eldred and Elmond Wilson. Owen and Rae Goodrich spent a couple of days last week in Grand Junction, Colorado. . The Mutual held their closing social at the ward hall Tuesday evening. A very interesting program pro-gram was presented and dancing and games were enjoyed by all. Roy Atwood was rushed to the Roosevelt hospital Friday evening even-ing in a very serious condition from a heart attack. At present he is reported to be improving. He . will remain at the hospital for at least ten days. Mr. and Mrs. Leland Cunliffe spent the week in Salt Lake City Mr. Cunliffe recently returned home from the navy. Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Goodrich and family were Sunday dinner guests at the Clyde Merkley home. Geo. H. Bartlett is reported to be improving. He has been ill since October.
