All.red and their daughter, Mrs. Lynn Hansen, Han-sen, and children of Salt Lake visited witli Mrs. Barbara Ny-berg Ny-berg and other relatives during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Dudley and baby and Mrs. Mary Taylor of Ogden visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Neumeyer during the week. A shower was held in the La-point La-point Chapel Monday afternoon honoring Mr. and Mrs. Homer Lee. A program was rendered and a plate lunch served. The young couple received many beautiful gifts. A wedding dance was held in the evening, Mrs. Lee was the former Marjorie Brown of Ft. Duchesne. Mr. and Mrs. Thurmer Ras-mussen Ras-mussen and son, Darvis, and Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Gagon visited last week with Barbara Rasmus-sen Rasmus-sen who is teaching music in the schools at Afton, Wyoming. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Jenkins of Wellington visited Mr. Jenkin's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jenkins, Jen-kins, during the week. They attended at-tended the funeral of the Eugene Workman baby on Wednesday. Mrs. Workman is Mr. Jenkins sister. Mrs. Lew Workman of Wellington also attended the funeral. fun-eral. Owen and Ray Goodrich of Tridcll and Geo Bigelow were visitors in Grand Junction, Colo, during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Allan Pierce of Meeker, Colo, visited at the home, of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Caldwell on Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Dunn of Craig. Colo, visited Mrs. Dunn's sisters, MrS: June Lee and Mrs. Eva Christen, and families during dur-ing the week. Jack Jenkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jenkins, received his discharge and arrived home on Monday from the Navy. Jack has been in the service the past year an a half and has done office work during that time at San Diego, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Vern Murray and their daughter, Mrs. Helen Fen-lcn, Fen-lcn, and children visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Delos Scarle during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Wahlquisl and daughter of Price were visit ors m Lapoint on Sunday. The Lapoint school held th 1 health day exercises here Saturday.
