Show He Dreamed of "World's Most Beautiful Capital ' Once upon a time a brilliant young French engineer was commissioned by the chief executive of a new republic to plan and lay out a new capital for that republic. So he dreamed and he planed of building in the wilderness "the world's most beautiful capital." But his tragedy was that he was to die of a broken heart because he failed in Tris great ambition ana Decause this, like so many republics is ungrateful to the men to whom it owes so much. But now his dream seems to be coming true.
