Show j CHESTER j I By Special Correspondence Mrs. Rodley Bagnall and Mrs. Chauncy Thompson enteretaihed at a beautifully Appointed luncheon June 4th at the Bagnall home for the purpose of organizing a Sewing Sew-ing club. The name of the club and the officers elected will be announced later. Luncheon was served at five o'clock to the following fol-lowing guests: Mrs. Dallas Peterson, Peter-son, Mrs. Byrd Sumsion, Mrs. Kenneth Ken-neth Candland, Mrs. Hans Larson, Mrs. John Anderson, Mrs. Oren Webb and Mrs. Glenn Reynolds of Chester, Mrs. Spafford Sumsion and Mrs. Hugh Stringham of Moroni. Mor-oni. Conjoint session of the M. I. A. was held Sunday evening at 7:30 o'clock at the ward chapel with President A. C. Jensen conducting; opening song, "For the Strength of the Hills;" prayer, Miss Fern Bagnall; song, "In Our Lovely Des-eret;" Des-eret;" Mrs. John Anderson gave a short talk on "Religion;" reading, Mrs. Delia Candland; Mrs. Byrd Sumsion gave a talk on "Tobacco;" Leland Allred of Spring City gave a talk; song, "Praise God from Whom all Blessings Flow;" prayer, Robert Noland. |
