Show Wild Driving Injures Seven Young Men Seven youths from Fountain Green were injured, one seriously, when an automobile in which they were riding failed to make a curve on the state highway three miles north of here at 9 p, m, Thursday. The young men, all between the ages of 19 and 24, were on their way to Fairview and had just passed Thomas Braby of Mount Pleasant, traveling at a high rate of speed, Mr. Braby said. The car left the road at the curve and crashed into a tree to the left of the road. It was turned over several sev-eral times and was completely demolished. de-molished. The boys were taken to Mt. Pleasant by passing motorists, where three doctors attended their injuries. Their names are Urel Mikkelsen. who suffered a compound fracture of the left leg above the knee, injuries in-juries of the ankles and possible internal injuries; he will be taken to a Salt Lake hospital; Seth Evans, a cut forhead; Gomer Llewellyn, broken left wrist and hand injuries; Gregory Llewellyn, slightly bruised; Randall Christiansen, Christian-sen, who is blind, suffered hip injuries; in-juries; Elmer Mikkelsen, driver of the car, bad leg cut and head and shoulder injuries, and Devere Johnson, John-son, a dislocated shoulder and other oth-er body bruises. |
