Show STATES ASSURED CHANCE TO TAKE OVER PUBLIC LANDS Joseph M. Dixon, representing President Pres-ident Hoover, will present to the governors gov-ernors of the eleven western states in conference in Salt Lake August 26 and 27, a "concrete proposition looking look-ing to the taking over by the western states of the remaining unappropriated unappropriat-ed public lands," Associaed Press dispatches dis-patches announced Monday.
