Show SECOND BIOLOGICAL TRIP S T i 'J Ul) FROM 11. Y. U. Under the leadership of Dr. Vaseo M. Tanner, head of the B. Y. U. zoological zo-ological department, the second an-"cuil-il 'biological expedition left Provo last Firiday for southeastern Utah where the party expects to co nduct ' a seven weeks' survey. The party is made up of D Tan-'ner, Tan-'ner, Prof. Waiter P. Cottaan, botany; Clarence Cottam, ornithologist; Se-lar Se-lar Hutchings, Anson Call, Irvin lias-mussen lias-mussen and James Kartchner. They will go via Price, Green river and' Moab to La Sal where they expect! to upend two or three weeks study- j ing the plant and animal life of the j La Sal mountains, after whicn theyi 'will go south to Monticello and j Blancling where they will spend sow-1 time in the region of the San Juan natural bridges and the Abojo uiomi-. tains collecting and studying the fauna and flora of the region. After making their ( collections they will cross the- river ' at Lee's Ferry to the Kaibab forest " and the Grand Canyon region.
