Show RESTORATION TO ENTRY OF LANDS IN NATIONAL FOREST. Notice is hereby given that the lands described below, embracing 150 acres, within the Manti National Nation-al Forest, Utah, will be subject to settlement and entry under the provisions pro-visions of the homestead laws of the United States and the act of June 11, 1906, (34 Stat., 233), at the United States land office at Salt Lake City, Utah, on June 20, 1918. Any settler who waa actually and in good faith claiming any of said lands for agricultural agri-cultural purposes prior to January 1, 1 906, and has not abandoned same, has a preference right to make a homestead entry for the lane's actually actual-ly occupied. Said lands were listed upon the applications of the persons mentioned below, who have a preference pref-erence right subject to the prior right of any such settler, provided such settler or applicant is qualified to make homestead entry and the preference right is exercised prior to June 20, 1918, on which date the lands will be subject to settlement and entry by any qualified person. A tract of 150 acres within what will probably be when surveyed, Sec. 6, T. 12 S., R. 5 E., S. L. M., described as follows: Beginning at Corner No. 1, whence the southeast corner of Sec. 1, T. 12 S., R. 4 E., bears S. 20 chs.; extending thence K. 10 chs.; thence S. 20 chs.; thence E. 30 chs.; thence N. 30 chs.; thence W. 10 chs.; thence N. 10 chs.; thence W. 4 0 chs.; thence S. 20 chs.; to the place of lie-ginning, lie-ginning, application of William B.
