Mrs. John H. Seely and Mrs. W. D. Candland went to Ogden Tuesday to attend the funeral of their uncle, Christopher Folten, which was held Wednesday. Mr. Folton was 88 years old. Sir. and Mrs. Wm. Olson and daughter, Stella departed yesterday for San Francisco where they will visit the great Exposition. They have relatives on the coast and will probably prob-ably remain there for a few weeks. Berkley Olson accompanied them as far as Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Jensen and family departed last Saturday for San Francisco to visit the great fair. They will be at Lon?g Beach on Thanksgiving day to attend the wedding of their son, Rex Jensen, and Miss Roxie Neilson. Rex is one of Mount Pleasant's popular young men and Miss Neilson, sister of Ronald Ron-ald and Andrew Neilson of this city has many friends here as well as at Long Beach who are pleased to hear of the young couple's future happiness. hap-piness.
