Show SPRING CITY Mrs. Jos. Justesen and son, Morris went to Salt Lake Friday. Miss Rowena Irving of Chester arrived ar-rived home from Salt Lake Saturday. Krod Mickel arrived home Tuesday after an absence of several months. Born, Monday June 14th, to' the wife of Jesse Blain, a baby boy. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Peter Justesen of Chester are visiting with relatives in Fielding for a few daJB. ! Mr. and Mrs. Steven Jensen ' ot Wales were Salt Lake visitors ; the early part bf the week. Mr. and Mrs. Nels Benson and children chil-dren went to Vernon in their automobile automo-bile Friday, returning Tuesday. Mrs. Nnlda Mott and Mrs. J'Uzey departed for the Uintah Reservation Saturday. Tenus Thompson and Otto Soren-sen Soren-sen departed for Wasatch Saturday where the boys have employment. Miss Hortense Allred is spending a tew days visaing with relatives at Eureka. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Dorlus of Wales departed tor Salt Lake the latter part of the week. They expect to attend the exposition at San Francisco, before be-fore returning. Mrs. Jos. Bagnall of Chester started start-ed for the Exposition ai oau r rancis-oo rancis-oo Monday. Mrs. Bagnall has friends j.t Jprovo who will join her at that point and accompany her on the trip to the Fair. A car load of lumber from East Portland arrived lor the New Opera House luesday. Work cm the building build-ing is progi easing nicely and it will in all probability be completed some time lu the near future. A farewell reception was given at the tabernacle Tuesday evening for Miss Lola Backman who leaves tor a Western States Mission for the L. D. S. Church in the near future. Hogan Peterson arrived home Tues-dayday Tues-dayday after having spent tseveial months away from home working for the Deseret Livestock Co. of Woods Cross. |
