Show . . FOUNTAIN GREEN Mrs. Crowther of Provo is visiting with her mother and other relatives. Miss Mary Gates is visiting with Florence and Winnie Jackson. Mrs. Annie Syndergaard is visiting relatives here. Mrs. W. I. Oldroyd of Monroe is visiting friends and relatives in Ft. Green. Mr. Baird, Mr. Russell, Miss Knell of Provo are guests of Miss Afton Allred this week. Miss Myrtle Anderson, Mrs. Andrew An-drew Allred and Mrs. K. P. Jensen were Salt Lake visitors during conference. con-ference. Saturday evening a number of .Mrs. G. E. Keen's friends gave her a bundle bun-dle shower at her father's home. The evening was spent in games and luncheon was served. The city officials appointed a committee com-mittee to arrange for (he celebration of July 4th. Candidates for Goddess ' have been selected and will b chosen by popular vote. The candidates are Mrs. Geo. Green and LaVern Holman. The Home Economics Association held their regular meeting June 11. Dr. Pigelow gave an excellent talk on "The Fly." Arrangements were made for the "Demonstration Work," to be given by Miss McChenye, June 28-29, 1915. Miss Minnie Mikkelsen one of cur excellent young ladles, was married to Dr. G. E. Keen of Oakley, Idaho, last Saturday. They left for Oakley Monday, where Dr. Keen is engaged in the Optical and Jewelry business. Their numerous friendR extend best wishes for success and happiness. |
