Show NOTICE TO ri'BLIO The results of Investigations on ! the water supply of the Sevier River ' carried on by the State Engineer's office for the past two years show that ! the Sevier River Is considerably over-appropriated. over-appropriated. Such being the case, It la unjust to both the applicants and prior appropiators for the State Engineer En-gineer to accept and approve any more applications for water from this river or Its tributaries. The public Is, therefore, Informed that no more applications for water from the Sevier Se-vier River or Its tributaries will be approved by this office until such time v hen If can be proved beyond a doubt that there is unappropriated water In the river.
