Show Nebo Good, Manti Bad For Elk Hunt A more than 50rr take on the 250 elk permits issued for the Nebo district had been recorded by last Monday evening, O. V. Anderson, state game warden said this week. j A total of 146 elk had been shot in the Nebo area up to Monday evening, the Mt. Pleasant Pleas-ant game man said. This compares favorably with last year's hunt, he said, although al-though sportsmen are having to go higher for their quary than they have in the past. Successful Success-ful hunters this year are using horses to take them into the high country where the elk are to be found, he said. The elk hunt ends official.;. Monday, Nov. 15.
