Show Justice Oi the Peace Court Shows Long List Oi Law Oiienses Game law violations, traffic offenses and peace disturbances have been prosecuted in Sanpete San-pete during the past two weeks. Game Warden O. V. Anderson reported two violations during the pheasant hunt. Jack Watson Wat-son and Clark Christensen, both of Spring City, were arrested for having hens in their possession and were each ordered to post $25 bond by Justice of the Peace J. Ben Staker. Both bonds were forfeited. Ted Norman of Mt. Pleasant was fined 25 on October 24. following his arrest by Warden Anderson on a charge of killini a doe deer. A S25 fine was also levied against LaMar -Clark of Santa- J quin when he was convicted of j shooting from a car on Highway : S9 south of Spring City. j A minor was picked up by Warden Anderson in 12-Mi!e Canyon October 2G, hunting deer with a .22 rifle. Alton Mills was fined $15 for driving without a license. ; Charges of resisting an off i - j cer were lodged against Ka; Reid, LaMar Shaw and Loren Empey, all of Magna, who took part in an altercation with City Marshal Lynn Averett following Saturday afternoon's Wasatch Academy-Cyprus football game.
