Show Civic Clubs Are Urged To Count Benefit Banquet As Regular Meet A turkey dinner and a worthy cause are wrapped up in each $2.50 ticket to the Sanpete LDS Hospital Benefit banquet to be held Wednesday at 7:30 p. m. at the South ward. This is the assurance of officers offi-cers of the Elders quorums in the North and South ward who are sponsoring the affair. Meanwhile, members of the Mt. Pleasant Lions club voted to count the banque.t as a regular membership meeting so that maximum attendance of club members and their wives at the i benefit will be assured. They also voted to extend an invita- tion to other civic clubs throughout through-out the tri-stake area to follow a similar plan. Ticket sales chairman is Keith Allred, a member of the Soutr Ward elders quorum presidency Other members of the com mittee in charge, which include the presidencies of the two Elders El-ders quorums in the North and South wards, are Robert Fowles Dr. Dail P. Averett and Robert Olsen of the North ward and Ray I. Johansen, Alonzo Tidwel and David Peterson of the South ward.
