Show Moroni, No. Sanpete Richards Is Moroni Speaker LeGrand Richards, pre.sidin; bishop of the Church of Jesu Christ of Latter Day Saints, wil: be the principal speaker at sessions ses-sions of the Moroni Stake quarterly quar-terly conference this weekend. Announcement of the come:-ence come:-ence program was made tiii.-i week by Stake President Georg Anderson. Three sessions will be included: in-cluded: Priesthood Leaderslu. meeting at 8 p. m. Saturday evening, and two general sessions ses-sions Sunday at 10 a. m. and 2 p. m. All meetings will be con ducted at the Moroni West ward Elder William T. Laurence of the church's General Welfar-committee Welfar-committee will accompany Bishop Bish-op Richards to the conference. A luncheon will be served Sunday noon at the Moroni West ward under the direction of members of the Moroni East ward Relief Society, it was announced. an-nounced. Special music for the morning general session will be furnished by the Morni high school mixed chorus under the direction of Chester A. Stone. Isabel Kelle' will act as accompanist. Featured at the afternoon ses sion will be the Fountain Green ward choir, thought to be the oldest choir in point of continuous continu-ous service in the church. Mrs. Eva Jacobsen will direct the Fountain Green musical organization. organ-ization. Another vocal number will bs rendered by Donnell and Ma:. Blackham in a duet. |
