Show C. Rosencrantz Dies atFairview Christian Rosencrantz, 75, carpenter car-penter cf Fairview, died Friday at his home in Fairview aftei an illness ill-ness of several months. Fe was born in Denmark April 29, 1861, a son of Niels and Christen Rosencrantz. He came to Salt Lake City when he was nine years old .nd then to Manti, where the family made their home. He married mar-ried Amelia Garlick May 10, 1888, and went to Fairview, where he had since resided. After the death of his wife he married Laura Mcnson of Mt. Pleasant February 11, 1928. Surviving are his widow and eight sens and daughters, M.'s. Christen Anderson, Fairview; Christian Rosencrantz, Buhl, Idaho; William and Hyrum Rosencrantz ar.d Mrs. Nora Gonterman of Cas-tlefcid,. Cas-tlefcid,. Idaho; Mrs. Emma Bowers, Mrs. Josie Winchester and Ole Rosencrantz cf Elko. Nevida; also e. brother, Ole Rosencrantz, Center-ville, Center-ville, arrf three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Mar-garet Jcnes. San Francioco. Calif.; Mrs. Christen Vorhees, Manti. and a sister in Los A'lgeles, Cal ; 17 grandchildren and three, greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at the L. D. S. South ward chapel Sunday at 2 p. m., with Bishop Henry W. Jones in charge. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery-Friends cemetery-Friends may call at the Jaco'os Mortuary in Mt. Pleasant until Sunday morning and at the family home Sunday until time of services. |
