Show Funeral Held In Illinois For J. W. Kenward, Who Died Suddenly on Coast Funeral services and interment were held this week, at Fisher, Illinois, Illi-nois, tor Joseph W. Kenward, who for the past several years has been a resident of Mt. Pleasant, and who died suddenly while visiting relatives rela-tives In California, February 8. Mr. Kenward in company with Mrs. Kenward, Mr. and Mrs. Alec Poulscn and the latters' daughter, Dorothy, left here about two weeks ago by auto for the coast state. It was while he was at the home of his niece, Mrs. R. E. Powell of Fillmore, Fill-more, Calif, that the end came, according ac-cording to Information received here by Mrs. Melvlna C. Seely. Mr. Kenward was born in Michigan. Michi-gan. At the age of three he moved with his family to Fisher, III, where lor some years, later, he was Interested Inter-ested in the mercantile business. Three years ago last August he marriej Mrs. Emma Clemensen at Provo. She, together with a daughter, daugh-ter, Aury, of Fisher, 111., survive. Mr. Kenward was 78 years of age at the time of his passing. |
