Show Pioneers Honored in Joint Celebration at Moroni The Sons and Daughters and the Daughters of the Pioneers entertained enter-tained the Pioneers, Indian War veterans and their wives of Moroni, Wednesday, in the Moroni east ward chapel. !' The honored guests were taken in cars to- the chapel, where dinner din-ner was served at noon. At 2 p. m. the following program was given: Song, "Come, Come Ye Saints;" prayer, John I. Morley. vice-captain; reading, by Mrs. Glen Miner, "When Mother Rogers Breaks Loose;" s"lo, "The Old Spinning Wheel," Miss Alice Syme; address to the Pioneers, Soren C. Nielsen, vice-captain. Short talk, Lewis Swensen of Tay-lorsville, Tay-lorsville, an old resident cf Moroni; duet, the Misses Matelda Aebescher and Ion Chrirtensen; address, state commander John Huges of Spanish Fork; duet, Harold Arnoldson and Montell Blackham; reading, "The Utah Pioneers," Mrs. Lillian Soren-sen. Soren-sen. Two numbers by the Harmonica Band; duet, "When They're Gone Do Not Forget Them," Mrs. Law-Irence Law-Irence Larson and Mrs. Marvin An ' derson, accompanied by Mrs. Ophelia 'Rhodes; "The Old Spinning Wheel," i played and dramatized by the har-Imonica har-Imonica band; benediction, Mrs. E-Uiza E-Uiza Bradley. A matinee dance was enjoyed by the Pioneers, and a dance at night concluded the day's entertainment.
