Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer j to change or appropriate water in Utah County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated. All locations are from SLB&M. . To Change: a-3115 Iyoko Nishitani, Rt. 1, Box 27, Pleasant Grove, Ut. proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion di-version and place of use of 0.5 sec. . ft. of water, as evidenced by Application Ap-plication No. 23585. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point S. 160 ft. and W. 889 ft. from NYi Cor. ,Sec. 33, T5S, R2E and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 20 acres in SESW Sec. 28, NENW Sec. 33, T5S, R2E. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 0.5 sec.-ft. of water from the same 8-in. well 124 ft. deep, which is actually located at a point S. 167.46 ft. and W. 907.39 ft. from N Cor. said Sec. 33 and use to irrigate 20 acres in S SW Sec. 28 and N NW Sec. 33, T5S, R2E. a-3137 Boyd E. Anderson, Pleasant Grove, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.891 sec.-ft. of water, as evidenced by Underground Under-ground Water Claim No. 8348. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point N. 1025 ft. and W. 3795 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 32, T5S, R2E and used from April 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 7.4 acres in NSW said Sec. 32. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 0.-891 sec.-ft. of water from two 4-in. wells bet. 150 and 250 ft. deep at points as follows: (1) N. 1025 ft. and W. 3795 ft.; (2) N. 1025 ft. and W. 3647 ft., both from E Cor. Sec. 32, T5S, R2E. Not to exceed 0.891 sec.-ft. will be diverted from either or both wells at any one time. The water will be commingled and used as a supplemental sup-plemental supply from April 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 108 acres in NW, SNE, .NNSW and NWMSE said Sec. 32. To Appropriate: 27897 A. Ray Ekins and Stanford Stan-ford Ray Ekins, Rt. 1, Box 369, Pleasant Grove, Ut.; 4 sec.-ft. for miscellaneous use from a 12.-in. well bet. 50 and 500 ft. deep, at a point S. 1460 ft. and E. 480 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 8, T5S, R2E. The water will be conveyed through 4-in. pipe 2640 ft. to storage tank and used for the domestic requirements require-ments of 75 families, for watering-200 watering-200 cattle and 50 sheep and from April 1, to Nov. 30 to irrigate 110 acres in W said Sec. 8. 28163 Lee H. Bayliss, 157 North 1st West, Tooele, Ut.; .03 sec.-ft. for domestic use from a 6-in. well bet. 100 and 300 ft. deep at a point S. 2285 ft. and E. 600 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 26, T5S, R3E. The water will be conveyed through 1-in. pipe 800 ft. and used as a supplemental supply for the domestic do-mestic use of 15 cabins and trailers, trail-ers, and- from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for incidental irrigation of lawns and gardens. 28173 Hans Williamson, 164 South Main St., Pleasant Grove, Ut.; 1 sec-.ft. for irrigation use from either or both of two 4-in. wells bet. 50 and 500 ft. deep, the total not to exceed 1 sec.-ft. at any one time, at points as follows: fol-lows: (1) S. 1515 ft. and E. 1700 ft; (2) ,S. 1515 ft. and E. 1550 ft, both from NW Cor. Sec. 36, T5S, R1E. The water will be commingled and used from April 1 to Nov. 1 to irrigate 50 acres in W'2 said Sec. 36, and for year-round incidental stock watering. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, applica-tions, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 14, Utah, on or before October 6, 1956.
