Show AN ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, SECTION 384 AND 385 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF PLEASANT GROVE CITY, 1950, RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT GROVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT GROVE CITY, UTAH. SECTION I. SECTION 3S4 SALARIES. The annual salaries of the officers of-ficers of this City shall e as follows: Mayor $75.00 per month. Councilmen $35.00 per month. The above salaries shall be paid monthly. All other appointive officers shall receive such salary as may be fixed by resolution of the City Council. SECTION 385 SALARIES NOT TO BE INCREASED. No member of the City Council shall hold, or be appointed to, any office which shall have been created, or the salary or emoluments emolu-ments of which shall have been increased, while he was a member, mem-ber, during the term for which he was elected, and for one year after the expiration of such term. SECTION II. This Ordinance to take effect as provided in Chapter 1, Section 6, Pleasant Grove City Revised Ordinances, 1950, upon the 20th day after passage by the Pleasant Grove City Council.
