Adamson and Mary Adamson, his wife, both deceased; also all unknown un-known heirs, executors, administrators, administ-rators, devises, creditors and as-i as-i signs of said James C. Adamson and Mary Adarnson, his wife, both deceased; Pleasant Grove Third Ward Corporation of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints as the successor in title and interest of Pleasant Grove Corporation of the Church of Jesus Jes-us Christ of Latter Day Saints; and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, interest, estate in or lein upon the real property pro-perty described in plaintiff's complaint com-plaint adverse to plaintiff's ownership owner-ship or clouding plaintiff's title thereto, Defendants. Albert Page, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 30 South Main, Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fall to do so judgment judg-ment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded demand-ed in said complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said court. . This action is brought by the plaintiff to obtain a judgment quieting his title to the following described tract of real property situate in Pleasant Grove City, Utah County, State of Utah, to-wit: Commencing 238 feet north 1 of the Southeast corner of Lot 2, in Block 31, Plat "A", Pleasant Grove City Survey of Building Lots; thence West 181.5 feet to the West line of Lot 2; thence North 158 feet; thence West 5 feet; thence North 80 feet to the South line of street known as 'Center 'Cen-ter Street, Pleasant Grove, Utah, and formerly known as First North Street; thence East 172 feet; thence South 14 feet; thence East 14.5 feet to east line of said lot 2; thence South 224 feet to the place of beginning.
