Adams also known as William Henry Adams, and William Will-iam Henry Adams, Sr., and Frances Fran-ces Ann Adams, his wife, both deceased; de-ceased; John Milton Adamson, Thelma Adamson, his wife; Silas E. Adams, and Mrs. Silas E. Adams, hiswife; also all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, or interest in the real property described in plaintiff's complaint adverse to plaintiff's ownership or clouding plaintiff's title thereto, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: DEFEND-ANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon J. Albert Page, plaintiff's atttorney whose address is 30 South Main Street, Pleasant Grove, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said Court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you. This is an action brought by plaintiff to quiet his title to the following described real property, to-wit: Beginning 13.40 chains East and 1.50 chains South of the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 5 South, Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence South 18.08 chains; thence East 8.50 chains; thence South 1.67 chains; thence East 5.67 chains; thence North 10 chains; thence West 1.82 chains; thnce North 10 chains to South side of Street; thence West along South side of Street 12.35 chains to the place of beginning.
