Show Smith-Hamann Marriage Nov. 10 Mr. and Mrs. Russell Smith of Lindon announce the marriage of their daughter Joan and Thomas P. Hamann, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl T. Hamann of Pleasant ' Grove. The young couple were married at Provo on November , 10th. Immediately following the new-lyweds new-lyweds enjoyed a honeymoon trip through Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern Utah. They are making their home at Alpine. Prior to her marriage the new Mrs. Hamann was honored at an informal party, given by her mother in the 1st ward recreation recre-ation hall, on Wednesday, Nov. 8th. Mrs. A. J. Rogers, mistress of ceremonies conducted the program. pro-gram. A toast to the bride-elect Mrs. Maude Jacob of the P. G. high school; a vocal duet Colleen Woolley and Beverly Warburton; a reading, Jane Peterson; a piano solo, Betty Page, and a reading by Mrs. Gerald Caldwell. Later delicious refreshments were enjoyed and the honored bride to be showered with lovely gifts and good wishes for happy sailing on her new adventure. She is a 1950 graduates of the-Pleasant the-Pleasant Grove high school and is currently employed at the Gore Bakery. |
