Glen Richins and Lexie Richins, plaintiffs, vs. THOMAS FENTON, as administrator adminis-trator of the estates of Henson Walker and Elizabeth Walker, his wife, both deceased; Alvira S. Olpin, Ol-pin, as administratrix of the estate of Daniel M. Smith, deceased; also all the unknown heirs at law and creditors of William M. Frampton and Mary A. Frampton, both deceased; de-ceased; also all other persons un- f known, claiming any right, title, estate lien or interest in the real property described in the complaint adverse to plaintiffs' ownership or clouding plaintiffs' title thereto, defendants. de-fendants. SUMMONS THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS': You are hereby summoned to appear ap-pear within twenty days after service serv-ice of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought, otherwise, within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure to do so judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This action is brought to recover a judgment quieting plaintiffs' title to certain real property situate in Section 29, Township 5 South, Range 2 east, Salt Lake Meridian which is more particularly described in the complaint.
