Show POPULAR PLEASANT GROVE MEN TO RECEIVE MASTERS DEGREES Charles Harris and Kenneth C. Bullock of this city will receive master's degrees at the BYU on Wednesday, September 10. Mr. Bullock, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Irving Bullock of this city, is a graduate student of the school of arts and science, and upon receiving receiv-ing his master's degree, has accepted a scolarship at the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Harris will receive his master's mas-ter's degree from the college of applied science with a major in horticulture. His thesis is on "Relationship of Lead Deposit to Coddling Moth Larvae Lar-vae Control and Spray Residue Control Con-trol on Jonathan Apples." Mr. Harris is a son of Mrs. Margaret Harris of this city. He graduated from the BYU in 1938, and spent two years with the Holly Sugar company of Wyoming, and last fall returned to the BYU where he became an instructor in-structor and did postgraduate work. |
