Show PL Grove News Mrs. Joseph Day returned home Saturday after spending two weeks m Logan with her mother, Mrs. ' Frank Peterson and other relatives. Miss Ruth Fage and Miss Joye Fage left this weekend for Salt Lake Jity. Miss Fage will resume her Aork as a nurse, while Joye will inter business college. Mr. and Mrs. Lucius Laudie and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Price of Orem, Mrs. Blanche Jackson of Los Angeles, An-geles, Mrs. Ira Mann and Mrs. Nell Halliday of Salt Lake City were guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Jackson Jack-son on Decoration day. Miss Geraldine McFarline returned re-turned this week after spending the winter in Ogden where she has been teaching school. Miss McFarline will spend a few days here and on Friday will leave for Denver, where she will be engaged in government work. Archie Boren was the recipient of a pleasant surprise at his home on Thursday, May 28, the occasion being his birthday anniversary. Dinner Din-ner with a lovely birthday cake centering the table was served, after which 500 was played. Covers were laid for Mr. and Mrs. Boren, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Kirk, Mr. and Mrs. Lavell Boren, Mr. and Irs. O. L. Swensen and Lloyd Boren. Mr. and Mrs. O. L. Swensen and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Armistead returned re-turned home Monday after spending spend-ing a week at . Boulder dam, Las Vegas and the canyons of southern Utah.
