Show FORMER UTAH MAN GETS HIGH POSITION Dr. Elroy Nelson of Denver, a native of Pleasant Grove, has been appointed director of the Coloardo state planning commission, one of the most important positions in the state government. Dr. Nelson, who will be 37 in June, is the son of the" late John C.
