This time Harold appears in his first all-talking picture ''Welcome Danger", coming to the Provo Paramount Para-mount Theatre for a run of five days starting Tuesday, December 3. "Welcome Danger" is all that the Late chief, in a last-minute resort, wired Harold to come west and take up the battle with the crooked politicians poli-ticians and tong men. Then he is plunged into a ser- ies of amazing battles in the under-1 world in which thrill after laugh are iproduced by tliat rare Lloydian genius gen-ius for fun and excitement. The Plot takes a new turn every other minute. There is a girl and her little crippled brother. There is a kindly old Chinese doctor. There is a white man who poses as a reformer, re-former, but who is really a crook. There is Lloyd swirling through it all in a great whirlwind of rollicking title implies. It is plentifully supplied sup-plied with chilling thrills. And Lloyd of course is all that his name implies namely, uproarious comedy. In the opening of the narrative he is seen as a young man, a resident of Boston, who has a deep interest in botany and floriculture. His father, fath-er, now deceased, had held high hopes that the lad would become a entertainment. The star's voice is happily a fine one for the best purposes of the all-talking all-talking screen. It comes as a distinct dis-tinct addition to his former achievements achieve-ments in the ranks of silent drama.
