Show Stake Officials Plan Luncheon and Social A committee meeting was held Tuesday evening to arrange for a stake social of all the officers of the Timpanogos stake and their partners to be held in the high' school Monday, Mon-day, December 2 at 7:30 p. m. The following committees are in charge of the affair as follows: General committee James D. Thorne and C. A. Gamett; Program and Dance-Stake Dance-Stake M. I. A. officers; table and chairs for luncheon Presidencies of Elders quorums, male members of Stake Sunday School Board with Heed Gillman as chairman; arrangement arrange-ment of luncheon (receiving and serving), Stake Relief Society, wives of bishops, counselors and ward clerks, with Relief Society President Ella M. Cragun in charge; committee on setting tables washing and returning re-turning dishes, Old Folks committee, lady members of Sunday School Stake Board and Primary Stake Board, wives of Presidents of Seventy; Seven-ty; committee on reception, Stake Presidency, Higa Council and Bash, ops. In order to promote a social and fraternal spirit in the Timpanogos Stake and to become better acquainted acquaint-ed with each other, this party is being be-ing held. The following officers and their partners partners are included in the guest list. Stake Presidency, clerk, chorister, organist, High Council, presidents, counselors and secretaries of all Melchezedik Priesthood Priest-hood quorums, stake Auxiliary officers and members of stake committees. com-mittees. The entertainment will consist of a luncheon, program and dancing. Each officer will furnish, a part of the luncheon, cooked ready for serving serv-ing and perform a certain part of the work. Perfecti cooperation of all officers will insure a veryj enjoyable . evening for all. |
