Show Gold and Green Ball to be Held March 6th The annual Gold and Green ball of the Timpanogos stake will be held in the higji school gymnasium, i Tuesday, March 6th. The entire I stake board will be responsible for I the beautiful green and gold decor-iations, decor-iations, showing activities of the M. j I. A. Elroy West and Arvilla Clark , are in charge of the selection of i the queen. ! Six ladies, one from each ward, have been selected as maids of honor. hon-or. The queen to be selected from this number. The ward representatives are: First ward . . Ellen Adams. S3cond ward Thora Linebaugh. Third ward Louise Christiansen. Manila ward Lucille Wadley. Windsor ward Donna Gillman. Lindon Florence Bailey. A group of dancers from each ward have been practicing for several sev-eral weeks under the direction of Miss Maybelle Farr and Arlan Bas-tian Bas-tian on the green and gold tango. The ward having the largest number num-ber of dancers will receive special recognition from the stake board. Each year this annual affair stands out as one of the principal social events of the year. This year the young people are looking forward to this occasion. o |
