Show 2 WOMEN RETURN FROM CHICAGO VISIT Mrs. Nell Binns and Mrs. Maud Thornton arrived home Monday night after a two weeks' trip to Ames, Iowa, and Chicago. At Ames they attended the Commencement Com-mencement exercises of the Iowa State college, at which Wayne Binns received his degree of doctor of vetr erinary medicine. They spent several seve-ral days in both Ames and Chicago. Mrs. Thornton, nurse in charge of the American Fork Community hospital, hos-pital, took the opportunity to study the setup and methods at a number of large hospitals. She visited institutions insti-tutions in Ames, Chicago, Denver, Laramie, and other cities. Mrs. Binns reports that Wayne is working with a veterinarian at Bar-rington, Bar-rington, Illinois, a short distance from Chicago, having a general practice. The veterinarian plans to build a small hospital, which will be operated with Mr. Binns' assistance. assist-ance. n |
