Brockbank, city attorney for Provo, asking that an investigation to determine methods in controlling the level of Utah lake be carried on, also was passed. The lake, due to excessive draining, has become a menace to health, and all recreational possibilities have been destroyed, Mr. Brockbank declared. de-clared. The plan to ask the three central Utah counties to assist in the investigation in-vestigation was drawn up at a meeting meet-ing Tuesday night of a committee of ten, appointed when more than 1500 water users and water company officials conferred a week ago Friday.
