Show o Local Woman Dies Suddenly Mrs. Inger Hansen Mitchel died suddenly at her home early Thursday morning, following a lingering illness of nearly a year. Mrs. ' Mitchell suffered with a bad case of influenza last winter, and while she was con-veleseing con-veleseing she ran a nail in her foot and blood-poisoning set in weakening her general condition very much, and it was only recently that she was feeling feel-ing her normal self again. With her son, LeRoy, she spent Wednesday in Salt Lake City arranging for his entering en-tering school, shopping and attending attend-ing a (theatre and she returned apparently ap-parently in the best of health. During Dur-ing the night, LeRoy was awakened by his mother's loud breathing. He rushed to her but she expired soon after he reached her. Death was caused by heart failure which developed devel-oped during her illness last winter. Mrs. Mitchell was born February 5, 1862, in American Fork. She was the daughter of Christian an'd Inger Mor-tes-on Hansen. Surviving her are three sons, Leland, Francis and Le Roy, and a brother, Martin Hansen, a sister, Caroline Adams, and a half-brother, half-brother, James Hansen. Funeral services will be held Sunday, Sun-day, at 4 p. m. in the Third ward chapel. |
