'District") created by he City Council in mrsuance to a notice of ntention heretofore lublished and mailed to f ill property owners to . - ,.e affected in the (istrict has now been Vompleted and is .vailable for ! xamination at the J ffice of the City o tecorder of Lindon lity, and that five Iiembers of the City louncil of Lindon City, Itah, have been duly ppointed to act as the ioard of Equalization nd Review on the I ssessment proposed to levied on the roperty within the h District. The members of the City Council sitting as a Board of Equalization and Review on the assessment proposed to be levied on the property within the District will meet in the City Chambers of Lindon City, Utah, Feb. 15, 16 and 17, 1989 between the hours of 6 and 7 p.m. on the 15th and 4 to 5 p.m. on the 16th and 17th to hear and consider any objections ob-jections to and make any corrections of any proposed assessments which the Board may deem unequal or unjust. On each of the dates specified above, the assessment list and plats and amount of the proposed assessment against each parcel of property shall be open to public inspection continuously from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Office of the City Recorder of Lindon City, Utah. The boundaries of the District is comprised of the area lying within the boundaries as described by the following streets: On the east by Geneva Road On the west by 1-15 On the north by Center Street On the south by 200 South PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Lindon City, Utah, this 18th day of January, 1989.
