Show Eightieth birthday open house to honor Evelyn A. Robbins V; j X J ' i ' I,- 1 -... I V', -'i "A Evelyn Adams Robbins will celebrate cele-brate her 80th birthday Dec. 25, Christmas Day. An open house will be held, Wednesday, Dec. 28, between 6 and 9 p.m. at her home, 230 S. 100 West, Pleasant Grove. All friends and family are invited. in-vited. Evelyn wasborn Dec. 25, 1908 to Joseph Hyrum and Colenda Chrilla Adams in Pleasant Grove, Utah. She married Ersal W. Robbins on Nov. 10, 1932 in Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Feb. 5, 1978. Evelyn and Ersal made their first home in Salt Lake in Cottonwood Cotton-wood Canyon. They worked on a hobby ranch for Auerbach's. Later they moved to Lindon and then Pleasant Grove where she now resides. They were temple workers when the Provo Temple opened. Evelyn has held many church positions in Primary and as Relief Society president. She has been an expert seamstress, seam-stress, cook and homemaker. Evelyn Eve-lyn and Ersal are the parents of four children: Mrs. Alva (Colleen) Larsen, Pleasant Grove; Daryl E. Robbins, Tremonton, Utah; Kay W. Robbins, Orem, Utah; Mrs. Robert (BarbaraAnn) Searle,Kent, Washington Wash-ington D.C. She has 20 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. Evelyn Adams Robbins |
