James Parsons in Manti LDS Temi)le , ' &xm famtL - Mr. and Mrs. Finch Bingham, American Fork, are pleased to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Cynthia, to R. James Parsons, son of Darrell Parsons and B.J. Sowerwine, West Valley City. The couple will exchange vows in the Manti LDS Temple on Dec. 28. A reception will honor the newlyweds that same evening from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the American Fork 28th Ward, 1305 N. 100 East. An open house will be held the following evening, Dec. 29, at the home of the groom's parents. All friends and relatives are in-vited to attend. Attending the bride will be Lauren Bingham, LeAnne Hansen, Bobbi Farr and Jeanne Hilgenberg. Sara Bingham and Kristi Parsons will serve as junior bridesmaids. Best man duties will be per-formed by Royce Parsons, with John Ward, Shawn Kennedy, Shawn Orton, Devin Bingham and Douglas Bingham serving as groomsmen. The bride-to-b- e is a graduate of American Fork High School and Utah Valley Community College. She is presently working in American Fork and attending BYU. The prospective groom is a graduate of Taylorsville High School. He served an LDS mission in St. Louis, Mo. and currently attends BYU. The couple will make their first home in Provo. H.James Parson? Peterson, Katherine Draper WMmiSSir Will L " '; X ' : ' ,' - A David Sherwin Peterson and Katherine Draper have chosen to wed in the St. George LDS Temple on Dec. 30. The bride-to-b- e is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Draper of Omaha, Neb. The prospective groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Paul Peterson of American Fork. The couple will be feted following the wedding at a wedding breakfast at the Sixth Ward Chapel in St. George. A reception will honor them Dec. 31 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Manavu Hall, 395 E. 600 North, Provo. All friends and relatives are cordially invited to attend. Attending the bride will be Anna Draper, Terry Draper Southern, Cynthia Draper Hart, Andrea K. Draper, Kelly A. Draper, Jolynn Peterson and Linda Peterson. Assisting the groom will be his brothers Grant and Jonathan Peterson and Nels Draper, Nichol Draper. Ron Hart and Lauren Draper as ushers. Special guests include grand-parents, Leon and Annie Jennings of St. George, and Lucille Peterson of Cedar Valley, Mabel Fife Roberts, Gridley, Calif.; Edla Draper, Provo; Anna Draper. Paris, France and Linda Peterson, New York City. The newlyweds plan to make their first home in Lincoln, Neb., where the groom is attending dental school. I V', 'i "A Evelyn Adams Robbins will cele-brate her 80th birthday Dec. 25, Christmas Day. An open house will be held, Wednesday, Dec. 28, between 6 and 9 p.m. at her home, 230 S. 100 West, Pleasant Grove. All friends and family are in-vited. Evelyn wasborn Dec. 25, 1908 to Joseph Hyrum and Colenda Chrilla Adams in Pleasant Grove, Utah. She married Ersal W. Robbins on Nov. 10, 1932 in Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Feb. 5, 1978. Evelyn and Ersal made their first home in Salt Lake in Cotton-wood Canyon. They worked on a hobby ranch for Auerbach's. Later they moved to Lindon and then Pleasant Grove where she now resides. They were temple workers when the Provo Temple opened. Evelyn has held many church positions in Primary and as Relief Society president. She has been an expert seam-stress, cook and homemaker. Eve-lyn and Ersal are the parents of four children: Mrs. Alva (Colleen) Larsen, Pleasant Grove; Daryl E. Robbins, Tremonton, Utah; Kay W. Robbins, Orem, Utah; Mrs. Robert (BarbaraAnn) Searle,Kent, Wash-ington D.C.
