Show Manila Stake plans seminar for women "Celestial Harvest" will theme ! ne Pleasant Grove Manila LDS Women's Seminar on Saturday, Oct. 24. The seminar will be at the Stake Center, 105 West 1800 North, Ifill beginning at 10 a.m. and continuing until 2 p.m. rAnne 0. Leavitt, "Know Your Religion Series" and Mission Mother of the England, Leeds L. Mission from 1984 to 1987, will be 5; keynote speaker. ' i Musical selections and holiday displays "Tis the Season" will also be enjoyed. Luncheon is option. Cost is $2.50 per plate. Seminar participants will be able to attend two classes during the day. Classes and their instructors are-"Prepare are-"Prepare for What?" Earl G Sherod, M.D.; "Children's Parties, Entertainment," Ann Searle; "Up-Dating "Up-Dating Your Home Interior," Carol Hacking, Karen Andrews. Also "Music-Apples or Onions," Linda Phillips; "When to Call the Doctor," Jerry R. Martin, M.D.; "Reflections," Maryann Dolinar; "Sorting, Storing and Saving Time," Nancy West" and "Juggling Home and Career," Elaine Walton, M.S.W. The Seminar is under the direction of the Pleasant Grove Manila Stake Relief Society presidency, Mary Bezzant, Beverly Martin, Diane Warner and Jana Leavitt. Serving as ad hoc committee members are Linda Phillips, Jan Robinson and Jolene Lesh. All women 18 and older are invited to attend. |
