Arts Council needs piano The Pleasant Grove Arts Council is in great need of a piano which could be used for concerts and other cultural events in the community. Any club, civic group, or individuals who would like to donate a piano, a used one is fine, should contact Delia Davis at the City Hall, 785-504-5; Ida Mae Christiansen, 785-228-5; or Marcella Walker, 785-31- or 785-424-0. The Arts Council sponsors con-certs during the summer when a piano is an absolute necessity and hopes to have other events during the year when a piano would be needed. The budget of the Council does not allow for the purchase of such an item. The donation of a piano would be greatly appreciated. |
