The program, entitled "Protecting "Protec-ting Society's Children: Your Role in the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse," will be interactive, allowing viewers to participate by asking questions of the panel. In addition, a physician and attorney will be at each viewing site to discuss child abuse and answer questions following the program. A wide range of child-abuse topics will be covered, including how to recognize when a problem exists, how to intervene when child abuse is suspected, what agencies to turn to for help, current legal recourse for child abuse, and solutions to the problem.
