Any and all persons having any objections to the proposed project area redevelopment plan, or who deny the existence of blight in the proposed project area, or the regularity of any of the prior proceedings, may appear before the Lindon City Council and the Lindon Redevelopment Agency, Agen-cy, July 16th, 1986 at 7 p.m. at Lindon Elementary School, 30 North- Center, Lindon, Utah, 84062 and show cause why the proposed plan should not be adopted. Any person or entity may file written objections ob-jections to the proposed plan with the Lindon City Recorder at any time not later than 7 p.m. on July 16, 1986. Oral objections will be heard at the joint public hearing. Only objections ob-jections to the plan made in writing prior to or at the hearing need to considered in determining whether there is sufficient opposition op-position to the plan to require an election as a precondition to adoption of the plan or to warrant a three year moratorium on consideration con-sideration of the plan.
