NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 1985, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered, the City Council of Lehi City, Utah County, Utah will hold a public hearing in (he City Council Chambers at City Hall, 95 East 100 North, Lehi City, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the proposed issuance by said City of its in-dustrial development revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,300,000. Said bonds are to be issued pur-suant to the Utah In-dustrial Facilities Development Act, Utah Code Annotated, Sec-tions to -- 17, in-clusive (1953), as amended, to finance the acquisition of a parcel of land, and the con-struction, furnishing and equipping of a building of ap-proximately 40,000 to 50,000 square feet and related property and improvements to be used as a facility for manufacturing case goods, upholstered goods and millwork primarily for the hospitality industry (hotels, motels, restaurants). The proposed manufac-turing facility will be located in the Lehi Southeast Industrial Area and will be owned and operated by Commercial Interiors, Inc., a Utah cor-poration.
